Sales Administration Apprentice

 

This well established organisation specialises in the design and manufacture of innovative security products and are looking to expand their sales department and to support the sales supervisor.

 

Key responsibilities:-

  • Be the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email
  • Answer customer queries and generate quotes
  • Follow up on quotes to increase sales
  • Update the quote and order logs as well as the other documents
  • Administration of customer files, ensuring compliance documentation is maintained
  • Ensure all client documentation is compiled and retained in accordance with company procedures and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
  • There will be future opportunities for travelling and attending exhibitions
  • Taking minutes for regular office meetings
  • Research sales leads for new opportunities
  • Produce reports on sales and marketing data
