Product Support Specialist Apprentice
This software company is looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can learn software systems easily to provide technical support to clients and assist in the setup of systems
Key Job Roles
- Support customers over the phone, web, and email, helping them with any technical or general queries.
- Liaise with internal developers to resolve technical issues.
- Provide the developers with the correct information to deploy a new site.
- Support new installations with the correct information at setup.
- Maintain and update in-house MIS database
- Be fully conversant with the financial jargon used in the educational financial arena.
- Maintain contact with the customer through planned calls and generate additional training.
- Assist with product launches or complete support on-site.
- Deliver onsite training modules to school business professionals.
- Collaborate with other teams and work closely with our database team to help improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide customer and sales support for product issues.
- Resolve all assigned support cases as quickly and effectively as possible.
