Customer Service Apprentice

 

This employer is looking for a hardworking and keen individual to take on customer service duties within the business.

 

The chosen Apprentice's role will include:

  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Making, replying to and answering phone calls
  • Updating databases and spreadsheets
  • Taking orders and payments over the phone
  • Recording and processing replacement, refund and return parcels
  • Daily/weekly/monthly sales statistics
  • Stock planning and ordering
  • Arranging shipment and delivery of the stock

 

Skills Required

  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of most Microsoft Office packages
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to work using own initiative
