Customer Service Apprentice

 

An Apprenticeship opportunity has arisen within one of the UK's leading independent business mobile communications providers. This varied customer service role will suit someone who is confident and friendly.

 

The role will be office based and consist of varied customer service tasks such as:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Maintaining the database
  • Assisting with account information and administration
  • Typing of various items, including general correspondence and accounts information as required
  • Responding to emails
  • Dealing with customer service queries
  • Preparing customer bill analysis / analytical reports

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Experience using Microsoft packages - must be proficient to a high standard on Excel
  • Attention to detail
  • Good time management skills
  • A well-organised multi-tasker
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Have a high level of drive with the ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and also be part of a team
  • Self motivated with the desire to succeed
  • Punctual and committed
  • Positive 'can do' attitude
