A Hull-based employer is looking for an apprentice to join their team in an administrative role, providing support in the office and dealing with customers.
You will be required to:
- Deal with routine enquiries and new account enquires via email, through our online websites, and telephone
- Checking compliance of paperwork
- Dealing with customer orders and payments
- Dealing with incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Using the CRM systems to ensure efficiency and professionalism
- Ordering stationary, providing delivery quotes, dealing with returns and refunds.
- Providing regular customer services metrics
- To work to deadlines, managing a range of tasks to meet the objectives of the role
- Any other tasks commensurate with a small company
