Admin Apprentice

 

A Hull-based employer is looking for an apprentice to join their team in an administrative role, providing support in the office and dealing with customers.

 

You will be required to:

  • Deal with routine enquiries and new account enquires via email, through our online websites, and telephone
  • Checking compliance of paperwork
  • Dealing with customer orders and payments
  • Dealing with incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Using the CRM systems to ensure efficiency and professionalism
  • Ordering stationary, providing delivery quotes, dealing with returns and refunds.
  • Providing regular customer services metrics
  • To work to deadlines, managing a range of tasks to meet the objectives of the role
  • Any other tasks commensurate with a small company
