Customer Service Apprentice

 

This role is both customer facing and office based and would be ideal for someone who has a combination of good customer service and administrative skills.

 

The role will include:

  • General typing, filing, scanning and printing
  • Welcoming visitors
  • To deal with stationary orders
  • Sending out emails to our employees when necessary
  • Update spreadsheets when necessary
  • Scheduling and setting up meeting rooms
  • Providing refreshments
  • Ensure office and meeting rooms are kept presentable
  • Complete shredding
  • Complete deliveries/ pickups as directed
  • To receive incoming calls and emails and act promptly, dealing with all enquiries or actions in a professional manner
  • To ensure the accurate and detailed recording of all information utilising management systems to provide comprehensive audit trails
  • Monitor personal and general inboxes and action emails within a timely manner
  • Assist with any reporting requested for analysis and management of the department/region/client
  • Ensure accurate processing and deployment / reallocation of claim notifications to repairers via rules driven in house management system
  • To progress customer claims within the company’s management system ensuring they are actioned within internal agreements
  • Ensure daily tasks are managed within agreements
  • Commitment to providing a first class service to customers and repairers
  • Any other duties that you may be asked to carry out by the Senior Management Team
