Administration/Customer Service Apprentice
This Grimsby based company is looking for an Apprentice work within their administration team. Full training and support will be provided within the role.
The job role will include:
- Dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Liaising with customers
- Answering the telephones
- General administration duties
- Use of internal databases for recording information
- Filing of paperwork
- Use of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ensuring data protection policies and procedures are adhered to
